Overview
Inside Out Pop-Up Art Galleries transform unoccupied storefront spaces at Foothills Mall into curated contemporary exhibition environments.
This initiative is designed to activate space, support artists, and build meaningful public engagement with the arts.
Exhibits may occasionally include a primary theme; however, most calls will be open and curated by Louise Cutler Studio.
This first call is open theme.
Media
All visual art forms are accepted, including:

Painting

Drawing

Sculpture

Mixed Media

Installation
Jewelry is not accepted unless incorporated into a larger installation-based artwork.
Submission Requirements
Please submit:

3–4 high-quality images
-
Artwork details (title, medium, dimensions, price)
-
Brief artist statement (optional but encouraged)
Final selection and placement are at the discretion of Louise Cutler Studio.
Sales Structure
Artwork may be offered for sale during the exhibition.

Artists manage all sales directly with collectors.

Louise Cutler Studio will direct all inquiries to the Artist.

A 30% commission is due to Louise Cutler Studio on any sale resulting from exhibition participation.

Commission applies during the exhibition and for six (6) months following the close of the exhibition if the buyer was introduced through the show.
Artists are responsible for payment processing, delivery arrangements, and tax reporting.
Pricing Policy
Artwork exhibited must:

Maintain consistent pricing across all venues and platforms during the exhibition period.

Not be offered at a lower price privately, online, or through another venue.

Not be discounted to exhibition-referred buyers without written agreement from Louise Cutler Studio.
Insurance & Liability
Louise Cutler Studio nor Foothills Mall supply insurance.
Artists are responsible for their own insurance coverage if desired.
All work is exhibited at the Artist’s risk.
Installation

Work must be professionally presented and ready for installation.

Artists may be asked to assist with installation.

All artwork must remain installed for the duration of the exhibition unless otherwise approved.
Exhibition Environment
Inside Out Pop-Up Art Galleries are located in unoccupied retail spaces within a public shopping environment.
Work must be appropriate for a family-friendly setting.
Art Delievery
Artist are reposible for cost of shipping and delievery of all work to the Foot Hills Mall on set date provided.
